VITAMINS, HERBAL SUPPLEMENTATION & NUTRITION
This course was developed to discuss the physiological stress response symptoms. It is designed to highlight and introduce nourishing, anti-inflammatory food groups, the influence of a positive food-mood shift, and explore quality herbal, or vitamin supplementation as an optional support for optimizing health, well-being, and overall physical performance. You will also learn your SRRS score and a relaxation technique.
CIM Approaches- Effective Relaxation Techniques for Workplace Cultures
This stress management course presents a uniquely structured approach tailored to the specific needs of employees and organizations. It equips participants with practical stress management tools and cultivates an inclusive, productive, and relaxed workplace culture. The course focuses on effective relaxation techniques for stress reduction and fostering a supportive workplace environment that enhances well-being and productivity.
COMPLEMENTARY & INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE
This course highlights stress response symptoms briefly. The structure aims to provide a good foundation in meditation and yoga by integrating stress management techniques such as mindfulness, visualization, and breath-to-body movements to activate the parasympathetic nervous system response towards relaxation and balance. This course gives participants helpful tips to continue these practices beyond the course.
